P-s labeler

Model 130 Bronco is a p-s labeler that handles up to 200 bottles/min. Featuring the Allen Bradley Kinetix/Compactlogix platform, the labeler can be designed and easily retrofitted in the field to accommodate a wide number of applications. With synchronized servo motors and robust components, the labeler offers superior label-placement accuracy, equipment reliability and quick, repeatable format changeovers while simplifying maintenance, the co. says. The labeler can handle round, square and oval containers from 1 to 14 in. tall and 5/8- to 7-in. dia, applying single, dual or wraparound labels. Easily accepts a wide variety of options including hot-stamp or thermal-transfer coders, vision-inspection systems, bar-code readers, missing-label detectors, reject stations and more.
