Capper

-- Packaging Digest, 10/1/2008 2:00:00 AM

The NESHC-S intermittent-motion, single-head capper uses servo motors with feedback loop control to accurately position caps and ensure repeatable torque. Applied torque is set and monitored via a touchscreen through which out-of-spec containers can be rejected. The capper information interface provides a real-time applied torque data stream and can help control the capping process and meet validation requirements. Incorporates tool-less modular changeparts.
