Filling system

New FLT1020 vial-filling system has been designed to increase efficiency in clinical trials. A downsized version said to minimize packaging and processing variables when shifting into the full-scale production stage, the filling system offers a flexible vial-processing range and variable tray-size options, and it requires no size parts for the different vial diameters. While the linear, tabletop design of the system allows for a smaller footprint and mobility during the beginning clinical phase of drug development, the filling system's maximum throughput of 30 vials/min combines speed and flexibility to reduce the time frames of clinical trials and speed time to market, the co. states.
