The new Polyfoil® tube with Pinpoint™ applicator for the biotech, pharmaceutical, personal-care and cosmetic industries is made completely of pharmaceutical–compliant materials. The high-barrier tube protects sensitive, pharmaceutical-grade formulations from light, moisture, oxygen and organic and chemical substances. It's corrosion-resistant and has high esthetic value, thanks to all-around printing. The applicator, manufactured by Seaquist Closures, is a cone-shaped silicone valve that provides clean, precise dispensing of even the smallest amounts of lotions, creams, gels or ointments. After pressure on the tube is released, the silicone valve automatically closes. This prevents any product residue from leaking out, keeping the package hygienically clean at all times. The product can be applied directly from the tube onto the skin to further reduce the risk of contamination and the soft tip of the valve makes for a smooth, comfortable application.
