So you love chocolate but feel guilty when you eat it? Plano, TX-based Chocolate Prescription has made it possible to eat chocolate every day without the guilt. Studies indicate that eating a moderate amount of dark chocolate each day may improve your health. But what's moderate? Dr. Mehmet C. Oz (Oprah's medical expert) recommends 1 oz of dark chocolate every day “because it increases the release of dopamine and provides flavanoids, which keep arteries young.” Chocolate Prescription is packaged in one-week and four-week “prescriptions” for $19.99 and $76.99, respectively, and is available online.
