Bake-in-bag paper bag

The "Bake in Bag®" has been used in Europe for years and was recently introduced in New York. This new paper bag is printable, ovenable, microwaveable and can be used with a panini press. The bag can be made with or without a window and is 100-percent biodegradable. A manufacturer can take a product directly out of the oven and package into the bag while hot. The item can be immediately frozen and distributed to be reheated by the consumer or retailer. The product can be distributed as a pre-made bag or on rollstock to be used with automated packaging machinery.
