The Model 1500 Wrap System with a Three Point wrap station applies long, narrow labels and works well in applications that require orientation of the container to a certain physical feature, such as a seam or container handle. With the system’s spacer wheel or dual spacer-belt assembly, the unit creates spacing between products appropriate for the labeling application. After triggering a photoeye, two rollers capture the product against a third drive roller for greater control through the labeling process. The system is available with a variety of options, including a bar-code scanner, rejection system and product orientater.
