Custom boxes

-- Packaging Digest, 2/1/2010 2:00:00 AM

The co.’s Custom Tooling Boxes are constructed using a rigid paperboard that provides a burst strength of 150lb/in. sq, per Federal Spec. PPP-B-676-d and can incorporate foam or egg-crate-style interior cushioning. Targeting precision tooling, the boxes feature two wire tabs that protrude from the bottom half, fit through the top and fold over for a secure closure. Said to be stronger than folding boxes and mailing envelopes, the tooling boxes can be modified with reinforced rigid paperboard and nylon-reinforced tape. The wire tabs can be taped over to create a tamper-evident mailer. Reusable and stackable, the boxes can be supplied in assorted colors and can be printed inside and out.
