Kaman launches new distribution agreement with ASCO Numatics
Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation announced today a new distribution agreement with ASCO Numatics, a division of Emerson Industrial Automation and a leader in providing comprehensive fluid automation solutions for a variety of industrial applications. Kaman now has the ability to distribute ASCO Numatics’ broad spectrum of over 50,000 solenoid valves, and an extensive selection of advanced technology electro-pneumatic products as the only nationally authorized distributor of these products.  

RockTenn Announces Price Increase on Uncoated Recycled Paperboard
RockTenn announced $60 per ton price increase on all grades of uncoated recycled paperboard. Price increases are effective with shipments on April 12, 2010.

Greystone Logistics, Inc. Launches Resin Division
Greystone Logistics, Inc. announces that the company has entered the Recycled Polyethylene Resin manufacturing business. The division was launched using a six inch polyolefin extruder that has an annual capacity of 14.6 million pounds of production with a second six inch extruder to be installed in the 2nd calendar quarter of 2010 bringing a total of 29.2 million pounds of annualized production on-line in colander 2010. The company anticipates bringing a 3rd six inch extruder on-line in the first half of 2011 for a total of 43.8 million pounds of annual polyolefin production. Recycled Polyolefin production will be concentrated at Greystone's Bettendorf, Iowa recycling facility centrally located in the Midwest offering an outstanding location from which to collect and distribute recycled plastics. Greystone will use extrusion equipment leased from Yorktown Management and Financial Services, LLC, a company owned by the company's CEO, Warren Kruger.

Fraser Papers announces name for the new specialty papers business: Twin Rivers Paper Company
Fraser Papers Inc. announced today that the specialty papers business, to emerge from creditor protection under the Company's restructuring proposal, will be named "Twin Rivers Paper Company.” The new specialty papers business will consist of the integrated pulp, energy and paper operations in Edmundston, New Brunswick and Madawaska, Maine, as well as two lumber mills located in Plaster Rock and Juniper, New Brunswick. The new company name is reflective of the location of the pulp and paper operations at the confluence of the Madawaska and Saint John Rivers.
