Rotary product loader for high-speed continuous-motion cartoning operates at speeds up to 100 cartons per minute. The system receives products at random distance in various package forms, including bags and flow-wrapped packs. The products are spaced, automatically inserted into a bucket conveyor using a paddle-wheel arrangement and loaded into the company's Pegasus continuous-motion cartoner. Automating this task eliminates tedious hand loading, minimizes human error and provides consistency.
