The 598 Tritium shrink wrapper is a continuous motion multi-packer capable of handling applications in the food, beverage and personal care industries. With single, double and three lane configurations, the machine arranges products into compact pack patterns and wraps the configurations in film, eliminating the need for trays and pads. The unit also features an innovative Robo-Wand wrapping section and servo-driven film cutting system. According to the company, these features allow for wide product range capabilities, increased speed and reliability, and precise assembly with no adjustments. Also, the shrink wrapper's side film stand is said to simplify reloading of film rolls, and the slide-out film feed and increased visibility reportedly make maintenance easier.
