The "IF" Monoblock loading unit is a combination of integrated packaging machines and Triaflex Delta four-axis robots, providing added value to customers with a reduced footprint and flexible size changing with increased reliability. This Delta robot loading unit is equipped with a simple or multiple conveyor to group and load products into boxes and small cases. The box phasing device ensures gentle package handling combined with fast product loading. The Triaflex robots are guided by an intelligent vision system, providing automatic recognition of various products according to their type. All functions are integrated in one control system, while the number of interfaces and component costs are reduced.
