The Heavy Duty FT-15 centrifugal feeder is engineered to handle small, metal parts traditionally oriented in vibratory feeders. The machine offers reduced noise output and smooth operation, accurate operational tolerances and handles multiple sizes of parts with minor change over and no reduction in feed rate. The feeder uses motors for speed, not springs and vibrators, has an all stainless steel exterior construction, an adjustable tooling frame, a ball bearing spindle, and a Poly-V belt drive system. The new feeder also showcases a polyurethane hybrid bowl and disc.
