Beverage cans impart a high-energy feel

FEEL Natural Energy drinks aim to provide a boost using healthful ingredients, including naturally occurring caffeine. To bring across that natural message, Nurish Brands Inc. has poured the drinks into Sleek cans from Rexam. The 10.5-oz aluminum cans facilitate eye-catching, colorful graphics, and the light weight and recyclability of the material appeals to eco-minded consumers.
According to Brian Turner, president/CEO of Nurish Brands Inc., "We put a lot of thought and energy into developing packaging that engages the consumer on an emotional, as well as a rational, level. We were able to launch in a package so remarkable that it's already receiving accolades."
FEEL's accolades include a Bronze Medal for the energy drink category in Beverage World magazine's 2012 packaging design awards. The drinks are available at select retailers in Michigan, with plans to expand throughout the Midwest, including Chicago.
