The Model ACT case erector is said to provide efficient case opening features and fast changeovers. Servo-driven motions provide speed and efficiency in achieving positive case-blank handling and automatic changeovers. The system picks cases from the case magazine with positive vacuum grip on a major panel, transferring it to the case-erector station. A second servo-driven system grips the other major panel and rotates the case open. Capable of handling most types of RSC or HSC cases, it can achieve speeds of up to 20 cases/min. A manual changeover design is also available.
