The Emplex MPS 14000 high-speed continuous band sealer is designed to seal most styles of heavy-duty bags, including gusseted, multiwall and laminates. Capable of speeds up to 1,500 in./min, the system provides 25 in. of heat and 10 in. of vortex air cooling. Vortex air cooling is controllable by the user. The unit comes with a removable sealing module that facilitates quick changes of Teflon bands and quick access for cleanout and preventative maintenance. Digital controls allow the operator to control sealing temperature, speed and pressure. An all-stainless-steel version is available.
