The new PowerPhasePRO can detect metal contaminants up to 40-percent smaller than other metal detectors, claims the co., setting a new industry standard in contaminant detectability for safer products overall. The PowerPhasePRO is made in 2- and 3-frequency models to simplify product changeover and offers one-pass product setup to get lines going quickly, the co. says. The unit is produced in an IP69K washdown, stainless-steel case or in a white, painted case for nonwashdown applications. It is also available as a standalone metal detector head or can be fully integrated with a heavy-duty conveyor with automatic reject mechanism options. The unit's full-color, operator-intuitive LCD touchscreen is said to simplify training and operation, while Ethernet connectivity enables remote monitoring and data collection.
