Designed for subsurface liquid-filling operations in areas without compressed air is new Model DF-5510E. Claimed to be explosion-proof, the drum filler reportedly features a ¾ -hp, XP inverter-duty electric motor with a torque-limiting clutch and gear reducer that allows operation in a Class I, Division 1 environment, and includes a 1,000-lb capacity NTEP approved scale and a weight meter, a remote NEMA 4 control panel and an automatic fume skirt for vapor collection.
