The co.'s FastPic4™ suite of inventory-management software is available in versions that fit many inventory management needs. This software system can be cost effectively upgraded without having to change procedures and processes to provide complete inventory control and increased levels of productivity, inventory turns, picking accuracy and inventory security as business conditions require. The software includes features for managing not only automated storage and retrieval systems in single work zones, but also multiple work zones that incorporate shelving and rack systems, pick-to-light systems and bulk storage operations. The inventory levels can be managed by part, work zone, operator and time period, and the software provides multiple inventory-management techniques including FIFO, lot tracking and random and fixed locations order picking flexibility. Standard interfaces include XML, text and CSV formats. Custom and certified interfaces include SAP, Prophet 21, Made2Manage, Auto/Mate, EDS, Karmak, Maximo, Latitude, High Jump, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, UCS and others.
