The co.'s case packer utilizes dynamic servo operation to ensure top precision and accuracy at speeds to 30 cases/min. The case packer utilizes servo motors to control the main case drive, infeed, down stacker, and load pusher, ensuring precise case and product movement and gentle handling throughout the machine. PLC operation provides integral synchronization of all moving parts and smooth, harmonious performance. The packer runs various cartons and semi-rigid containers, and offers motorized size adjustments for repeatable accuracy and less tweaking that can slow changeover. In cases where changeparts are required, locking handles to secure parts reduces downtime.
