Multiwrapper

The new M-75 multiwrapper handles lightweight containers using the Smartrak® Steady Stream Infeed system. The Smartrak® reduces line pressure so that containers aren't pushed against one another, eliminating product damage and distortion while allowing the metering system to function properly. Features include Slipstream™ pinless metering, side-film stands, quick-change servo-driven wrapping wands and quick, tool-free changeovers. Other features include a heat tunnel using advanced heat and airflow management to deliver tightly wrapped products on pads, U-boards, or in film only for excellent package integrity and appearance, the co. states. Speeds are to 75 cycles/min.
