The KBS-KF form/fill/seal machine is redesigned for large deep-draw blister-packs. With a standard form/seal area of 300x500 mm, the line can produce up to 600 blisters/min. The operator interface has been reworked for more intuitive use, and changeover time is reduced due to the servo-controlled stations, quick-change tools and a gripper chain redesign. A pneumatically clamped material infeed section ensures edge trim is removed and accelerates setup.
