SPDT Switch

The MASW-007921 SPDT switch is designed for high linearity and a rapid settling time. According to the co., it settles to more than 99 percent of its final value within 10 uS, versus 100 uS to 200 uS for similar switches. The initial compression point—40 dBm at 3v—is said to be well-suited for complex modulations.
