Shrink sleever

Tim Avery -- Packaging Digest, 8/7/2008

The LSA 9000 shrink label applicator series lets users incorporate thinner films with narrower layflat than other competitive units, says the co. Continuous web control and positive sleeve movement of the cut sleeve from the applicator onto the product reportedly enables continuous high-speed sleeve control. Changeover is accelerated with quick-release sets for parts to be exchanged and motor-driven adjustments. The machines can apply sleeves at up to 1,200 containers/min.
