The Model TF 100 fills and closes metal, plastic, polyfoil and cassette infeed tubes with diameters up to 50 mm. Reportedly suitable for use in sterile rooms and laminar flows, it operates at up to 100 tubes/min. The machine features a 12-position turntable with bottom-up filling controls to raise and lower the tube as required by the product. Its stainless steel frame and control panel are designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Changeover requires no tools and typically takes twenty minutes or less, says the co.
