Modular induction sealer

What the co. calls a modular concept for capless sealing applications is introduced. Developed in conjunction with M&S Automated Feeding Systems, the system indexes containers through individual stations for roll-fed foil cutting, transfer and sealing. The sealing head captures the foil and articulates it into position, lowering onto the container and applying even pressure to ensure contact across the land area; an induction field is generated, melting the foil's polymer coating to bond the container's lip. The reported result is tamper-evidence, leak-resistance and freshness-preservation.
