Italy’s RBA Branding & Design

In my web surfing / research today, I discovered the terrific packaging design work of Italian firm RBA Branding & Design, featured on one of my favorite packaging design blogs Packagings of the World

Lots of great stuff featured on the RBA site. I love how they manage to blend a powerfully flamboyant, adventuresome style, and yet maintain a definite sophistication about their work. I strongly recommend checking it out. 

To see the work, go to their website, click through the intro, then go to the link "Clienti & Progetti" on the left. I can’t get a direct link for the portfolio page, but it’s worth wading through a few extra clicks. Ciao!

I agree Alex. The more I look at these the more I like 'em. And it wasn't like I trolled through everything in their portfolio to grab the best of the best. There's an awful lot of nice work on their site.

The bottles at top appear to be a "Grammy" for the rest of us. I mean to say they are designed with restraint and are very settled and balanced. The olive oil line correctly relies on clear glass: if your oil is a great color, let it do some talking. Now the sparkling wine: this is a wine plus fruit extract. We have been making wine blended with fruits in the U.S. for awhile but do our packages look this delicious? The graphics is tart and bubbly, and whoever can't smile when presented with this package may need to have their pulse checked! Beautiful work all in all.
