    L'Oréal Canada needed to set up a packaging line in Montreal for hair coloring products-fast. Sales of the company's new INOA brand ammonia-free hair color packaged in 0.28-oz. tubes was booming, and the plant had only four months to begin large volume production of the new product. The highlight of the solution was a new, small robot that could handle the small tubes.  More

    Pistachio Paramount Farms Intl., which hired former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich to endorse its pistachios, has sued Walgreens Co. for trademark infringement. In a federal lawsuit, Paramount said that the packaging of Walgreens' private-label pistachios looks too similar to its legally-protected packaging of its Wonderful brand of nuts.  More
