The new Schick Xtreme3 Eco disposable razor uses 100 percent post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic in the production of its handle and 100 percent PCR paper in its packaging. "For many years we wanted to launch a more sustainable razor," says Mike O'Malley, director of program management and sustainability for Schick. "We overcame many challenges along the way, like making sure the packaging gave us the quality look, perforation resistance and sealing capacity to hold up to the rigors of shipping." More
