MPP3S Delta-Style Robot

The MPP3S provides superior performance for high-speed packaging, cartoning and kitting applications. Its high-speed operation – up to 150 cycles per minute with full payload, and 40 ms acquisition and release timing – yields extraordinary production results. The MPP3S robot features a three-arm, 4-axis configuration with a direct-driven rotary axis to simplify its design and increase reliability. With a small, less than 700 mm diameter installation area, this robot is ideal for high-density installations. The MPP3S features a 3 kg payload and an 800 mm diameter horizontal reach with a z-stroke of up to 300 mm, making it suitable for primary packaging, assembly, inspection and other applications. An IP67 protection rating, anti-corrosive paint and food grade lubricant are standard with the MPP3S, allowing it to be used in the food and beverage and life sciences industries.

MLX200

The MLX200 seamlessly integrates proven Yaskawa Motoman industrial robots with the widely accepted Rockwell Automation Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC). End users of robotic automation can deploy and support a broad range of Motoman robots with their existing staff and take ownership of their robotic applications.MLX200 enhances our previous MLX100 technology by optimizing the robot motion software; it now consumes significantly less PAC resources, while enabling even more application possibilities by adding multi-robot control and ability to control robots through ControlLogix® and CompactLogix™ platforms. The robots are programmed through intuitive Add-On-Instructions (AOIs) within RSLogix™ / Studio 5000™ Logix Designer environment. Optimum performance is maintained using proven kinematics solutions. A wide range of 4- to 7-axes robots with payloads from 5-300 kilograms are available on this platform.

MPL160 Robot

Designed specifically for specifically for end-of-line operations, the four-axis MPL160 features a 160 kg payload capacity to suit a wide range of applications. This economical robot provides the advantages of high-speed, high-performance palletizing combined with a slim wrist and compact design. Other MPL models are available with payloads ranging from 80-800 kg.The MPL160 robot is compatible with the DX100 controller and the new PLC robot-based MLX200 controls.

MPK50 Robot

The 4-axis MPK50 robot offers superior performance and reliability in a wide variety of packing applications. It features a 50 kg payload and a wide 360-degree work envelope, combined with best-in-class motion, speed and wrist ratings. A slim manipulator design enables it to reach into confined spaces, reducing cycle time and improving system productivity. The MPK50 robot is compatible with the DX100 controller and the PLC robot-based MLX200 controls.
