Todd Clausen is General Manager at Resolute Forest Products’ Menominee Pulp Mill and has been in this role for the last twelve years. His greatest accomplishment has been guiding the mill through a devastating catastrophe and coming out on the other side, but larger than that is his involvement in and commitment to the success of the mill. Todd is a driven professional who promotes a culture of problem resolution, focusing on the importance of open communication while encouraging employee participation and ownership in the decision-making process. Todd believes that engaging people in all aspects of the business is a key to the success of the organization.
