Tom Newmaster

Tom Newmaster, partner, FORCEpkg, has more than 25 years of experience in branding and package design for consumer packaged goods. From 1998 to 2016, he was a principal and co-owner of WFM. Since 2016, Tom has overseen the launch of FORCEpkg, a branding and packaging design firm. Newmaster has been immersing himself recently in the cannabis industry—becoming a thought leader on the subject. He has had articles published in Brand Packaging, Packaging Strategies, BXP, FoodDive and others. Says Newmaster, “This is a hot category for packaging design. Right now, because the U.S. is regulating the cannabis business state-by-state, packaging is really the primary marketing channel.”
