The co. releases the BlisterScan, a leak test for sealed pharmaceutical blister-packs that offers a fully validatable alternative to the methylene "Blue Dye" test. The operators of this blister test have no influence over the test results because the pass/fail status of each pocket is determined by pre-programmed criteria and is shown on a screen. The test detects leaks and weak seals as small as 10 microns across a cross-section of the web.
