Bottle inspection

Article-Bottle inspection

The T1000-Force bottle-inspection system monitors internal pressure to check for leaks by measuring the tension on the sidewall of the container after liquid nitrogen dosing and capping. Pressure variances as low as 2 psi can be detected at speeds up to 1,500 bottles/min. Recommended applications include bottle lightweighting initiatives driven by sustainability concerns.
