Case packer

A newly engineered case packer for snack bags is available with auto-changeover using the company's three- and four-axis Delta robot to case pack snack bags and other flexible packages. The case packer is suitable for packing fragile products such as bags of chips, snacks and flexible packages, complex pack patterns and/or high-speed picking. The case packer's new design simplifies the system mechanically, provides plants with a much smaller footprint (4-ft wide x 8-ft high) and includes a virtually hands-free changeover between different products and case sizes. The system packs small bags at 130+ bpm and offers standard bag seal checking with an optional integrated reusable case erector.
