Combo pouch filler

Using a combination filler on an automatic pouch machine allows you to fill two or more different elements, such as dry powder products and particulates, into one container at the same time on an automatic pouch machine—saving time and floor space. Filling speeds are as fast as 120 per minute. Another advantage of a combination filler is elements are blended when dispensed, for a more aesthetically-pleasing appearance. In addition to saving valuable plant floor space, the combo filler uses a single electrical enclosure and one touchscreen to operate the multiple fillers. Systems are designed to specific applications and are available in various formats, such as two augers, two cups, auger/cup and multi-lanes.
