Compact case erector
The new CE35-UG compact automatic case erector is designed to meet the growing demand for smaller case sizes with lower product counts. The system erects ultra small regular and half slotted containers-as small as 5x3x 3.5 inches (LWH)-at speeds up to 35 cases per minute using hot melt adhesive. With fast five-minute changeovers utilizing quick release kip handles, easy to read scales and HMI instructions, the CE35-UG maximizes uptime. Using Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC and PanelView HMI with PackML compliance, the CE35-UG is easy to operate, maintain and integrate into MES/ERP systems. The small footprint-13 ft 11 inches x 7 ft 5 inches x 6 ft (LWH)-maximizes production in minimal floor space.
