The X85 production logistics system includes a conveyor, a palletizer, a line control and Youtilize™ software. The conveyor reportedly offers the highest mean time between failures and lowest noise level in its class. Dynamic speed management in the line control enables soft starts and stops for gentle product handling and power-efficient line balancing. Youtilize™ handles all of the resources in production in real time, as well as other necessary data.
