The new Ishida R-218 weigher system puts two 9-head combination weighers on a single frame to serve twin high-speed baggers below while saving 30% in floor space (compared with two separate systems). Each head feeds a single bagmaker, for a total output of 280 weighed portions per minute. All product contact parts are removable without tools for fast cleaning. Changeovers are fast, too, with 200 product presets.
