The AutoWeigher linear scale is designed for growing companies who are interested in taking the first step towards automation. It allows companies to increase their productivity and fill accuracy while reducing their overall labor costs.
The AutoWeigher is available in two models: AW-1 and AW-9. The AW-1 model can weigh as little as 0.5oz to 2.5 lb; the AW-9 can weigh 1oz to 10 lb. Both models allow product to be fed automatically from the hopper along a vibrating pan into a weigh bucket below; when the target weight is reached, the product is then released from a funnel and into a container or bag. While operating in automatic or semi-automatic mode, the AutoWeigher can achieve speeds of up to 15 cycles per minute.
The weigher is simple to operate, easy to move and can be mounted on a table top or floor stand.
