Measurement system

The PETWall Profiler™ material-distribution measurement system is designed to provide comprehensive sidewall distribution data on a PET container at the time of production. This system provides the long-awaited, comprehensive feedback that is necessary for a closed-loop blow-molding operation. The system offers up to 32 channels of distribution measurement points over the sidewall of the container, providing a complete bottle profile, and utilizes miniaturized LED light technology, permitting close proximity of sensors.
