Polypack’s new DAIRY24 shrink wrapper provides an ideal packaging solution for gable top cartons, says the company. The DAIRY24 creates palletizable shrink multipacks with both corrugate and polypropylene vertical inserts. Using the vertical inserts, Polypack’s DAIRY24 shrink wrapper eliminates the traditional cardboard cases and plastic crates, which is said to drastically reduce packaging costs and waste throughout the distribution channel. The company says the system offers savings of 35-50% compared to corrugate cases and plastic crates. In addition, the Palletizable Shrink Multipacks are said to offer easy mobility by hand truck (with pad).
