ABB Robotics IRB 120T

The IRB 120T is a faster version of the company's compact, flexible, multipurpose six-axis robot. According to the manufacturer, the new model provides cycle time improvements up to 25 percent, enabling it to meet growing demand for higher outputs in many consumer goods industries. The IRB 120T is suitable for assembly and pick and place applications requiring extensive reorientation of the product, commonly found in the food and beverage, consumer packaging, consumer electronics, electrical and Tier 1 automotive industries. Other reputed benefits include excellent path repeatability, motion control and path accuracy. The unit weighs only 55 lbs., has a standard payload of 6.6. lbs, vertical wrist payload of 8.8 lbs, reach of 580 mm, stroke of 411mm and the ability to reach 112 mm below its base.
