Ishida Atlas-222 snack bagmaker

The Ishida Atlas-222 snack bagmaker is now available with durable ceramic anvil knives, along with a warranty covering them for three years (an industry first). The knives are made from a proprietary ceramic-metal alloy that was developed for machine tools and parts requiring high resistance to abrasion, high temperatures and corrosion. With a long use life (compared to ordinary bagmaker knives which typically wear out with a few months), these ceramic anvil knives help maximize uptime by reducing maintenance and changeover. The Ishida Atlas-222 bagmaker produces bags from 3 to 9-in. wide and up to 21-in. long at speeds up to 200 bags/min.
