Tray Loader
A high-speed bowl and tray-loading system for HMRs and microwaveable trays can fill an entire container or a targeted section, the co. states. The system combines the co.'s A918 in-line combination weigher with a custom-designed rotary wheel depositor. Works with products such as proteins, vegetables, pastas and any other product that requires gentle placement into a container. The weigher also has blending capabilities and is operated by Rockwell Automation's ControlLogix. Operates at speeds up to 140-containers/min.
