Tray loader-former

The TR-20 intermittent-motion tray loader-former runs at speeds of up to 20 trays per minute. It is completely servo-driven, which drastically reduces changeover time and allows for precise product control. This new machine is available with various product collation modules (oscillating lane divider shown). This high efficiency tray loader-former can be combined with a Polypack shrink wrapper for a single-source solution that delivers pallet-ready packs.
