Iconotech’s new Optimizer KR-U provides nearly continuous feeding and high volume printing of rsc cases, die cuts, valve and gusset type multi-wall kraft bags. The KR-U side entry staging conveyor indexes stacks product to a lift table and vacuum feeder delivers each piece to the Optimizer printer. A restacker and a return conveyor brings printed product around to the operator. Throughput is 45 pieces per minute. Iconotech’s direct contact, plateless printing process provides years of low cost service.
