Bradman Lake is participating at the PackExpo Las Vegas 2013 show that will be held on Sept. 23-25, 2013 at Las Vegas Convention Center, where visitors can witness firsthand the latest Bradman Lake Carton Forming Technology at booth # C-3720.

Bradman Lake will be exhibiting for the first time its new carton forming machine—the HSS300 all servo glue carton former—which is capable of speeds up to 300 cartons or trays per minute.

The HSS300 is a new version of the well-known Bradman Lake HSS Carton Formers Series. The machine can be sold as an individual unit or as part of an integrated system with Bradman Lake's wrapping, product loading and case packing equipment.

Consistent and square carton or tray erecting is critical for the efficient operation of a top load cartoning system. This HSS all servo carton former can erect cartons and trays using hot melt glue or four corner lock. The HSS machine utilizes a servo powered reciprocating ‘shuttle' method of feeding the carton blanks into the forming tool. This guarantees excellent performance with quick and easy setup using factory set tooling. The machine can erect various board types including chip board and corrugated board. Carton types include: 3 flap closure, single flap closure with dust flaps, hooded lid closure, turn over end style and turn over end style with frame view.
