The Drop-Top is a patented container closure delivery system that uses an internal multi-cavity design. This multi-cavity design keeps liquids, syrups, extracts, powders, granules, effervescent tablets and gases completely separate from air and liquid until the product is ready for consumption. The company says the dispensing closure is appropriate for beverage, food, personal care, pharmaceutical and chemical packaging applications.
When a consumer turns the closure 360 deg, they also are working a simple mechanical device that cuts the seal to the closure’s holding chamber. The ingredients then are released into the container.
