Ryback and Ryback Incorporated (R&R Inc.) was initially formed by Ron Ryback in 2000 to provide consulting services for the package printing and converting industry.

In 2005 his son Scott joined the company to increase service options.  And in 2012 R&R Inc. has expanded into equipment development and sales along with the addition of a technical center for unbiased shrink sleeve trials.

•Narrow Web Kit - One kit will allow you to go from 18mm to 55mm layflat size - it replaces the 3 or 4 kits that have been needed in the past.
•Wick Holder - This wick holding device was developed for solvent application on thinner gauged films.  Options for Karlville, Stanford, DCM, and other machines using EFD 741-V needles.
